7:00 AM: Hit up a workout class at the Community Gym, 468 Main Street

The Community Gym is an important hub for fitness and community in downtown Winnipeg. One of the few gyms in the area, it’s a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. With state-of-the-art equipment and a variety of fitness classes, the Community Gym provides a comprehensive fitness experience for its members. In addition to its classes, the Community Gym hosts a variety of community events throughout the year for members to connect and engage in fun and healthy activities outside of their regular workouts. Some of the events hosted by the gym include charity fitness challenges, outdoor group workouts, and social gatherings.

The Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre is a cultural gem and an important destination for theatre lovers in the city. The theatre is home to a diverse range of productions throughout the year, including classic and contemporary plays, musicals, and world premieres. With two performance spaces, the Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre can accommodate a variety of productions and audiences. The theatre also offers educational and community engagement programs, including workshops, seminars, and special events. To make theatre accessible to more people, it offers a Theatre Under 30 program allowing individuals under the age of 30 to qualify for discounted tickets.
